Corrosivity Profiling of Facilities for Internal Corrosion Monitoring Services. External Corrosion Monitoring. 

Cathodic Protection Services – Installation, Repairs, Monitoring/Inspection. Our Corrosion Engineering services are traceable to NACE International Level 3  Standards. 

Our Cathodic Protection Services for  underground/underwater pipelines and other Facilities are as follows; 

– Supply of Cathodic Protection Facilities; Rectifier Transformers, Ground  Bed facilities, Anods, Test Posts, Cables, and Consumables. 

– Installation, Maintenance, and Repair/Replacement of Cathodic  Protection Facilities; Ground Beds, Test Posts Cables, Risers, and KP  Markers. 

– Cathodic Protection Facilities Monitoring/Inspection; 

(a) Close Interval Potential Surveys (CIPS) to ascertain the effectiveness of the CP System. 

(b) Direct Current Voltage Gradient Survey (DCVG) to determine any defect or damage on the coating of the protected pipelines.

(c) Pipeline to Soil Potential Post Test to assess the level of protection of the CP system to the facility, this determines the potentials of the  CPS and also indicates any damage in the CPS. 

(d) Soil Resistivity Test to determine the corrosivity of the soil near the pipeline.

Jetech Energy Cathodic Protection System Inspection/monitoring services are traceable to NACE International RP0502-2002 Standard Practice recommended for External Corrosion Direct Assessment of underground and underwater pipelines (ECDA).
